SYD-MEL-SYD
Okay its been awhile since I have made a post, so there is alot to talk about. First night that I arrived in Sydney I stayed in a really sketchy in Kings Cross( dont go there). I stayed with a guy from Ireland who eventually was kicked out of the hostel for stabbing a guy with a beer bottle. He should have been kicked out for drinking beer at 7 am! Then I stayed with a really wonderful couple I met, Jay and Mar, while I was stuck in LA. The gave Otwell, Nicole, and myself a really awesome place to stay in Darling Harbour. I then stayed in the best hostel in Sydney(same place I'm at tonight). Its in the Sydney Harbour. From the room of the building I have an amazing view of the Opera House and the Sydney Bridge. For some reason I have been hanging out with alot of older people on my trip! Dont know why this is happening guess they enjoy talking to a younger fellow. It think it may be senior night or the nursing home is taking a tour or something, because there are hepes of old folks around. After staying here I moved to a couple more hostels around Sydney, 1 in Bondi, 1 in central. The beaches around Sydney are really great. I then started my trip to Melbourne. It took an 11 hour train ride down on Friday and arrived Saturday morning. Went to the Mel museum for a while and checked out some great exhibits. Also, saw the Hubble 3D Imax while I was there. If you get the chance to see it do. Mel is a really cool city. Lots of things to walk around and see. I went to the gay pride festival on Sat. I went to the forum and the market which were both very cool. Then Carley and myself rented a really sweet car (called the Getz). We drove that sweet machine down the Great Ocean Road for three days and stayed in Eco beach hostel in Apollo Bay. This place was very relaxing. The GOR was amazing. We saw koala's all over the place and I drove on the Wrong side of the car. We then went back to Melbourne for another day. Then next day we woke up and headed back Sydney, which I arrived at 7 pm today. I have went through countless number of peanut butter jars! Along the way I have met some great people that I have not mentioned due to the time I have to write, but I can tell Everyone about my new mates later sometime. I'm getting ready to head to the blue mountians for a week or so. Then maybe get to paddle the Whitewater course in Penrith. I've been thinking about all of you back home and hope all is well. I've been praying for Four Corners and the Gospel communties I'm apart of. I tell all of my new mates about my great community back home( they are all a bit jealous). Well I'll try and write again sooner so I can give more details rather then writing a broad overview of everything. Please ignore all of my spelling and grammer mistakes. I know there are loads of them...

AU.....Many moons after I left
So.... There's loads of things I want to write on here, but I'm on a ferry from manly beach to Sydney with free wifi and I don't have much time to write. AU has been incredible so far. I've been hanging around Sydney for the past couple of days now and I like it more everyday. The weather is a bit hot it's been as hot as 104 here. If I could choose tone stuck in LA for 8 days or have made it stright to AU I would be chose to be stuck in LA. The people I met and experinces that came from it were amazing. I've been comforted through the Holy Spirit the entire time and have had the opportunity to share the gospel! I'm getting ready to head to Melbourne then the blue mountains. My times about up, so I'll write asap. Miss everyone

The saga of Stuck in LA
So Im still stuck in LA. Met loads of great people that have been joy to hangout with. Wanna give a shout out to Jay, Mike, Debbie, Isach, Nicole, Otwell, and Tom. So yesterday I went to the pool for a while and watched some football games. If I leave tonight I will make it on Australia day. Today I'm going to go swim and workout for awhile. Keep praying for my spirits to stay, because going to the airport every night is getting old. I'm also thinking of different plans. Any suggestions are welcome?

Hey everyone,
First off this is going to be a short post b/c I'm writing from my iPod. So I have been stuck in LA for a couple of nights now. The first night I was super stressed and wasn't sure what I wanted to do. But yesterday I went with a really cool couple I met, Otwell and Nicole, to manhattan beach. The beach was beautiful, not crowded, and had loads of dolphins. So I was feeling good for a while. Then we went to the airport and waited about 7 hrs to figure out we weren't getting on and 2 hrs of that time was waiting on our bags. I got to my hotel at about 2 am. Last night I was told the flight for tonight was over booked by four people and there are 60 on standby. It is what it is though, and LA is not a bad place to be stuck I guess. I'm really thankful God has put a few people in my life out here to make things much better. Luckily I watch gangland on discovery channel and I know who to watch out for in LA! Please continue to pray for me. Pray I will get on the plane tonight ( along with my new friends) and pray for my spirits to stay high.
I'll write again soon,
Jeffrey
